Ordering
Once your order has been placed, you will receive confirmation along with details of your allocated production week.
Please ensure all information provided at checkout is accurate, including your contact details and delivery address.
If you have any special requests for your keepsake, please include them with your order or contact us as soon as possible.
Sending Your Clothing & Fabrics
Please send your clothing and fabrics during the week before your allocated production date unless otherwise advised.
We recommend using a tracked or signed-for postal service for peace of mind.
Please include your order number and name inside your parcel so we can easily match your fabrics to your order.
Handmade Nature of Our Products
Every keepsake is individually handmade, making each one completely unique. While we always strive to create a keepsake that closely reflects the design shown, fabric placement, patterns, and finished details may vary slightly.
These variations are part of what makes handmade keepsakes so special.
Production Times
All keepsakes are handmade to order.
Estimated production times are provided at the time of ordering and may vary during busy periods.
If there are any unexpected delays, we will always do our best to keep you informed.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our keepsake products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
However, if there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
Delivery
Completed keepsakes are carefully packaged and dispatched using a tracked postal service where possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier. However, if you experience any delivery issues, please get in touch and we'll do our best to assist.
Caring for Your Keepsake
Our keepsakes are designed as memory items and decorative keepsakes.
While we use quality materials throughout, keepsakes should be handled with care and are not toys for young children unless specifically stated.
