Our standard turnaround is up to 4 weeks from the date we have received your clothing. This may vary but turnaround times are updated regularly.
If you would like your keepsake sooner, please choose our express option on the products. You will receive your order within 2 weeks.
We will email you to let you know your clothes have arrived safely with us and we will email again to let you know when your order is finished and ready for posting back to you.

Due to the sentimental and often irreplaceable nature of the clothing and fabrics used in our keepsakes, we currently only accept orders from customers within the United Kingdom. This helps us ensure a safer and more reliable service when handling your treasured items.

Of course! If you're ordering multiple keepsakes and have particular garments you'd like used for each one, please place the clothing for each keepsake into separate bags and label them accordingly.
If you'd prefer us to use a mixture of the clothing across all of your keepsakes, there's no need to separate anything - just pop a note in with your parcel to let us know.
Ordering multiple keepsakes is easy - simply add all the items you'd like to purchase to your basket and complete checkout as usual.
1. Choose your clothing
Select your favourite items of clothing or fabric for your keepsake. Each product requires a different amount of material, so please check the clothing guidance listed on each individual product page.
2. Choose your keepsake
Browse our growing range of handmade keepsakes and select the item you would like. You can also choose any available variations or optional extras to personalise your order.
3. Place your order
Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with everything you need to know about the next steps.
4. Send your clothing to us
Please pack your clothing securely in a postal bag or box. Include your printed order form or a note with your name and order number inside the parcel. We recommend using a Royal Mail tracked or signed-for service for peace of mind.
If you have any specific requests for your keepsake, please include these with your order or write them clearly on a separate note inside your parcel.
5. We create your keepsake
Once your clothing has arrived, we will confirm safe receipt within 24 hours via email. Your keepsake will then be carefully and lovingly handcrafted by our team.
6. Receive your keepsake
When your order is complete, your finished keepsake will be carefully packaged and returned to you via post, ready to be treasured for years to come.
You’re very welcome to include extra clothing with your order if you would like to. If there are particular items that are most important to you, please feel free to include a note so we know your preferences.
While we will always do our best to use the items you send, we cannot guarantee that every piece will be used. If more clothing is provided than needed, any unused whole garments will be returned to you along with your finished keepsake. Please note that we are unable to return any cut or unused fabric offcuts.
We kindly ask that you avoid sending significantly more clothing than required, as this helps us work more efficiently and ensures nothing is unnecessarily handled or stored.
If we feel that not enough suitable items have been provided, we will get in touch with you to request additional clothing before we begin your keepsake.
For very small baby garments, we recommend including a couple of spare items where possible, just to ensure we have enough fabric to complete your keepsake comfortably.
Yes, absolutely. If you would like specific items of clothing used in certain areas of your keepsake, please include a note with your order so we can follow your request.
We will always do our very best to accommodate any preferences you have. In the rare event that something isn’t possible, we will contact you to discuss alternatives before proceeding.
