This Commercial Licence gives you permission to use digital designs purchased from my shop on physical products you create and sell.
Please note: This licence provides permission to use my artwork commercially. It does not include any digital design files. All artwork files must be purchased separately.
WHAT THIS LICENCE ALLOWS: ✓ Sell physical products featuring my designs under your own business or brand.
✓ Use purchased designs for products such as clothing, stationery, gifts, home décor, accessories, and other physical items.
✓ Use this licence for future designs purchased from my shop (each design file must be purchased separately).

STANDARD COMMERCIAL LICENCE Suitable for small businesses and makers.
Includes:
Up to 200 physical products per purchased design.
Commercial use for your own business.
EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENCE For growing businesses with higher production needs.
Includes:
Up to 500 physical products per purchased design.
Commercial use for larger product collections and manufacturing runs.
ENTERPRISE LICENSE For businesses requiring more than 500 products.

Purchase the Commercial Licence.
When ordering, please provide your business name or Etsy shop name that this licence applies to.
Purchase the individual digital design you wish to use.
Each design will require it's own licence, where applicable, as per the terms above. E.g. 3 designs that will have more than 200 physical products produced requires 3 separate licenses.
Create and sell your finished physical products within the limits of your licence.
PLEASE REMEMBER ✗ This licence does not give you ownership of the artwork.
✗ You may not resell, share, redistribute, or upload the original digital files.
✗ You may not sell the artwork as a digital product, pattern, clipart, SVG, PNG, template, or similar resource.
✗ You may not use the artwork to train AI systems or create AI datasets.
✗ You may not use the artwork for NFTs, blockchain projects, or cryptocurrency-related products.
The copyright of all artwork remains with the designer.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
No physical item will be shipped.
No digital licence certificate will be sent.
Your order receipt is proof of your licence purchase.
This is a one-time licence purchase, per design.
Digital design files must be purchased separately.

By purchasing and downloading my artwork, you agree to the terms of this licence.
STANDARD COMMERCIAL LICENCE (INCLUDED)
Every design purchased from my shop includes a Standard Commercial Licence.
This licence allows you to:
Create and sell up to 200 physical end products using the purchased design.
Use the design for your own business and brand.
Resize, crop, recolour, or make minor alterations to suit your project.
Use the design on physical products including, but not limited to, fabric, apparel, mugs, tumblers, stationery, signs, home décor, gifts, and similar items.
EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENCE If you wish to produce more than 200 physical products using a purchased design, an Extended Commercial Licence is required.
The Extended Commercial Licence allows you to:
Create and sell up to 500 physical end products using the purchased design.
Continue using your purchased designs without needing to repurchase the artwork.
ENTERPRISE LICENCE
If you plan to manufacture more than 500 physical products, please contact me before use to discuss an Enterprise Licence tailored to your business needs.
PRINT-ON-DEMAND (POD) USE Print-on-demand services are permitted provided that:
You are creating and selling finished physical products under your own business or brand.
The artwork is incorporated into a finished product and is not offered as a standalone digital asset.
Customers cannot access, download, extract, or reuse the original artwork files.
Uploading purchased artwork to POD platforms purely for the purpose of making the artwork available as a standalone design resource is not permitted.
YOU MAY NOT Under any licence, you may not:
Sell, share, lend, gift, distribute, or transfer the original digital files.
Sell the artwork as a digital product in any format.
Redistribute the artwork as clipart, SVG files, PNG files, digital paper, seamless patterns, templates, embroidery files, or similar resources.
Upload the artwork to stock websites, design marketplaces, file-sharing platforms, or similar services.
Claim the artwork as your own creation.
Register the artwork as a trademark, copyright, or exclusive design.
Create products that directly compete with the original artwork.
Allow another person, business, or organisation to use the purchased files.
COPYRIGHT All artwork remains the copyright and intellectual property of the designer at all times.
Purchasing a licence gives you permission to use the artwork according to these terms.
It does not transfer ownership, copyright, or exclusive rights.
ONLINE DISPLAY AND ARTWORK PROTECTION
To help protect both your business and my artwork from unauthorised copying, any online product listings, websites, social media posts, or advertisements displaying the artwork should include a visible watermark where practical.
This helps reduce the risk of your products and my original designs being copied or misused.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) My artwork may not be used to train, develop, improve, test, or contribute to any artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning models, datasets, image generators, or similar technologies without my prior written permission.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Uploading artwork files to AI image generation or AI training platforms.
Including artwork in datasets used for machine learning.
Using artwork to create AI-generated content for resale or redistribution.
Allowing automated systems to collect, analyse, or process the artwork for training purposes.
NFT & BLOCKCHAIN My artwork may not be minted, tokenised, sold, licensed, or used in connection with NFTs, blockchain projects, cryptocurrency projects, or similar digital assets without my prior written permission. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This is a digital product only.
No physical item will be shipped.
No separate printed or digital licence certificate will be provided.
Your order confirmation and payment receipt serve as proof of your licence purchase.
Each design must be purchased separately.
Licences are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser and the approved business or shop name provided at purchase.
