How does
it work?
Choose your clothes: Choose your favourite items of clothing that you would like your keepsake to be made from.
Almost any cherished fabric can be transformed into a keepsake. From favourite shirts and baby clothes to blankets, uniforms, quilts, and even beloved pet bedding, we can often create something meaningful from the items that hold special memories. If you're unsure whether your fabric is suitable, just get in touch - we're always happy to help and advise on the best keepsake options for your treasured items.
For keepsake products, many different textiles can be used, provided they're clean and in reasonable condition. The possibilities are often much broader than people expect. We use cotton fusible interfacing to line your fabrics so that we can ensure they achieve the best results for your keepsake. Some items of clothing do not work so well. We can’t use socks, underwear, shoes, thick knitted fabric or super fine scarves. If you have a fabric you are really unsure about please get in touch and we will be happy to help.

Post your items to us:
Once you’ve placed your order, you will be allocated a production week when work on your keepsake will begin. We will send you the address to post to. Please send your fabrics or clothing to us during the week before your scheduled start date, so they arrive with us in time for production.
We kindly ask that you do not send your items earlier than this, as we may not be able to store them safely or match them to your order straight away.
Thank you for your understanding, and for trusting us with your treasured items.
Please carefully pack your clothing in a secure postal bag or box to keep it protected during transit. Include either a printed copy of your order form or a note with your name and order number inside the parcel so we can easily match it to your order.
You can then send your parcel to our address using a Royal Mail tracked or signed-for service, so you can follow its journey and have peace of mind that it has been delivered safely
If you have any special requests for your keepsake - such as using specific items of clothing or placing certain details in a particular way - please include these instructions with your order or inside your parcel. We’ll always do our best to follow your wishes carefully.

When I have received your clothes you will be updated via email within 24 hours. I will delicately create your chosen keepsake.
Safety & materials
All of the materials used in our keepsakes are carefully selected to meet relevant safety standards and regulations. This includes certified safety eyes and noses, high-quality soft toy filling, and stainless steel weighting beads used where applicable.
We only use materials that are suitable for handmade keepsake and soft toy production, chosen for both durability and safety. This helps ensure each piece is not only beautiful and meaningful, but also responsibly made with care and attention to detail. If you have any questions about the materials used in your keepsake, please feel free to get in touch—we’re always happy to help.
WARNING – These keepsake animals are not toys and are not CE tested or registered. KEEP AWAY FROM FIRE.
Since every keepsake is made from different fabric (different garments from different customers), it is not possible to perform a single, consistent test that covers all items.
Therefore, they cannot be given to children under the age of 14 years. Keep out of reach of children, as they are not tested for safety.
Receive your keepsake
Once your keepsake is complete, it will be carefully quality-checked, packaged with care, and sent back to you via a tracked delivery service for peace of mind. When it arrives, it’s ready to be gifted, displayed, or simply kept as a comforting reminder of your special memories.
We always take great care in packaging your keepsake so it arrives safely and beautifully presented.
